The Board of Tomizone (ASX:TOM) today announces that Steve Simms, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, will be moving to the role of Non-Executive Director. The Board will commence the search for a global CEO and in the meantime Steve will remain with the business as acting CEO for up to four months to effect a transition.
