Financial Year 2016 was a challenging period for Tomizone as a result of changes in executive management and the protracted process of the capital raising taking management time away from new sales generation. However, achievements include acceleration in product capability and increased operational efficiency.
On 22 May 2015, Tomizone Limited (Tomizone or the Company, formerly PHW Consolidated Limited) acquired 100% of the issued capital of Tomizone New Zealand Limited, a business providing SaaS based software platforms to manage WiFi connectivity, provide consumer analytics, and monetisation services to enterprise customers and venues.

The reverse acquisition of PHW Consolidated Limited and successful capital raising culminated in the Company’s re-listing on the Australian Securities exchange in June.
