Tomizone (ASX: TOM) has completed a sale and purchase agreement with Lighthouse Digital Limited (“Lighthouse”), a New Zealand-based Digital Media company with an extensive digital signage network throughout the country. Lighthouse will integrate with and expand the current Tomizone digital signage offering.
