Phillip Joe - Chairman and Co-Founder

Phillip has over 20 years experience in venture investments and management, working with international investors.

He is a co-founder of successful companies operating in niche markets and has joint ventured with major public companies. Phillip brings entrepreneurial acumen, accounting and finance experience, and corporate governance skills having served on private and public company boards.

Phillip leads the financial management and corporate governance of Tomizone as Chairman.

Steve Simms - Executive Director and Co-Founder

Steve has around 18 years experience in telecommunications, broadcasting, business development and new ventures, including senior roles in Telecom NZ, Vodafone and Telstra.

His strategic vision has re-shaped some of the thinking and business models, particularly in the wireless broadband field. His focus on simplicity and usability means that his design of solutions, also focuses on the customer first.

Steve leads the global alliances and partner sales strategy.
